Due to the impact of COVID-19, many courier services are experiencing delays and your order may take longer than usual to arrive.
Each item is carefully packaged and shipped by 11 & THOMS owner, Emily. Most orders placed before 10:30am will begin shipping same day. Any order placed in the late afternoon or evening will likely start shipping in 1 - 2 business days.
However, the time we need to prepare each order varies. We will always do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them.
Please note, actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose.
Once your order is scanned and in the hands of the selected courier, 11 & THOMS releases all responsibility. Shipping and tracking confirmation is sent to the email provided upon purchasing.
There are some instances where the package is dropped off, but the courier has not scanned the item into the system. Please be patient and check back in a few days for the shipment to process.
If your order is lost or missing, we will assist with tracking and follow up. Please email us if directly at email@example.com if you notice your package has not arrived in a timely manner.
We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

Unfortunately, due to the nature of a small business, we cannot accept returns at this time. Thank you for your understanding!
If your order arrived damaged:
Please reach out to us via email with a photo included. Sometimes these things happen and we know it's a total bummer. We promise to make sure we put a smile back on your face!
If your jewelry was damaged or broke after a few wears:
Please reach out to us via email with a photo included. Kindly note that fashion / costume jewelry is not intended to last forever and they need some extra TLC in order to stay in-tact. We provide care recommendations in each shipment which outlines the best way to love on your new jewelry.
The best rule of thumb is to avoid any and all liquids which will help extend the life of your fashion pieces!
We gladly accept cancellations before the item has shipped. Our processing time is normally 1 - 3 days (including Saturday + Sunday) so please reach out ASAP if you want to cancel a portion or all of your order.
To keep your 11 & THOMS pieces at their best, please give them occasional breaks and store neatly when not in use. We provide care recommendations in each shipment which outlines the best way to love on your new jewelry.
The rule of thumb with costume jewelry is to avoid any and all liquids. This includes avoiding contact with moisture and liquid cosmetics, lotion, sunscreen, and perfume. Never wear your 11 & THOMS in the shower, the pool or the ocean. This care will help extend the life of your fashion pieces.

We do not offer separate gift wrapping, but we do provide free enclosure cards! These are completely free of charge and can be added to any order. Click here to shop. We can include a hand-written note on the card for the recipient. Please follow the instructions noted on the listing.
